The 'My Trips' tab in the Hitchhyke app provides a detailed overview of your past rides. Use this feature to report issues, such as lost items, fare disputes, or ride concerns.

Report an Issue

If you experience any issues during a ride, including lost items, you can report it directly in the app:

  1. Open the Hitchhyke app and go to 'My Trips'.
  2. Tap 'Report an Issue'.
  3. Select the reason for your report (e.g., lost item, fare issue, trip problem).
  4. Provide details to help our support team assist you.

For lost items, our support team will contact the driver on your behalf rather than notifying them directly.
