Driver's License

All drivers must have a valid driver's license uploaded to their profile. The following criteria must be met:

• The name and date of birth on the license must match the details provided during registration.
• The Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) on the license must match the TRN entered during registration.
• The photo on the license should match both the profile picture and verification image.

Police Record

A valid police record is required for all Hitchhyke drivers to ensure passenger safety.

Applying for a Police Record

Drivers must apply for a police record during registration. Follow the instructions here to obtain your police record.

Updating Your Police Record

Drivers must upload a new police record before the current one expires to maintain their active status. Failure to update may result in a temporary suspension until the updated document is provided.

Proof of Address

Drivers must submit a current proof of address, such as a utility bill or an official document showing their name and residential address.

Validity and Renewal

• Proof of address must be updated whenever another key document expires, such as the driver's license or vehicle insurance.
