Mutual Respect and Courtesy

• Treat all passengers, drivers, and support staff with respect.
• Avoid offensive language, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
• Report disrespectful behavior through the in-app reporting system.

No Solicitation

The following activities are prohibited while using Hitchhyke:

• Advertising or selling products, services, memberships, or subscriptions.
• Distributing flyers, brochures, or business cards to passengers or drivers.
• Requesting donations for personal, political, or charitable purposes.
• Conducting surveys, market research, or data collection without Hitchhyke’s permission.
• Recruiting passengers or drivers for jobs, freelance work, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.

Prohibition of Extortion and Fare Manipulation

The following actions are strictly forbidden:

• Demanding additional payment beyond the fare shown in the app.
• Refusing to complete a trip unless the passenger agrees to pay extra.
