Some information in your Hitchhyke account can be changed directly in the app, while others require contacting support.
Unverified passengers do not need to submit a profile photo. Instead, they can choose an avatar that drivers will see when a ride is requested.
To change your profile avatar:
Drivers have both a profile photo and an avatar. The profile photo is visible to passengers after they request a ride, while the avatar is used similarly to how Riders select theirs.
