How Lost Item Communication Works


Reporting a Found Item

If you find an item left in your vehicle, report it through the app:

  1. Open the Hitchhyke Driver app.
  2. Tap 'My Trips' in the menu.
  3. Select the relevant trip.
  4. Tap 'Report an Issue' and provide details about the lost item.

Once you submit your report, Hitchhyke will notify the passenger and arrange retrieval.
