How Lost Item Communication Works
- Passengers will not contact you directly.
- If Hitchhyke contacts you via SMS, email or app notification, follow the provided instructions to confirm whether you found the lost item.
Reporting a Found Item
If you find an item left in your vehicle, report it through the app:
- Open the Hitchhyke Driver app.
- Tap 'My Trips' in the menu.
- Select the relevant trip.
- Tap 'Report an Issue' and provide details about the lost item.

Once you submit your report, Hitchhyke will notify the passenger and arrange retrieval.
No Direct Contact With Passengers
- Drivers cannot contact the passenger directly.
