If you lost the phone associated with your account or cannot contact your driver, you have two options:
Log in via email from another device – Use your email to sign in on a different phone, since Hitchhyke allows verification via email or phone number.
Use the 'Contact Us' form – If you cannot access another device, visit our website and submit a request. Provide an alternate phone number where our team can reach you.
