My Driver's Car Photo Doesn't Match

When you request a ride and are paired with a driver, you will see an image of their vehicle in the app. This image is a representation of the make, model, and year of the driver’s registered vehicle.

If Your Driver’s Vehicle is Different From the App

If your driver arrives in a vehicle that does not match what is shown in the app, you should cancel the ride and report the issue.

How to Report a Vehicle Mismatch:

  1. Open the Hitchhyke app.
  2. Go to the 'My Trips' tab.
  3. Select the trip from your ride history and tap 'Report an Issue'.
  4. Provide details of the issue and submit your report.
