My Driver's Car Photo Doesn't Match
When you request a ride and are paired with a driver, you will see an image of their vehicle in the app. This image is a representation of the make, model, and year of the driver’s registered vehicle.
How Vehicle Images Work
- The app displays a standardized vehicle image based on the vehicle's make, model, and year.
- Vehicle color is not shown in the image—instead, a color swatch appears next to the vehicle image to indicate its actual color.

If Your Driver’s Vehicle is Different From the App
If your driver arrives in a vehicle that does not match what is shown in the app, you should cancel the ride and report the issue.
How to Report a Vehicle Mismatch:
- Open the Hitchhyke app.
- Go to the 'My Trips' tab.
- Select the trip from your ride history and tap 'Report an Issue'.
- Provide details of the issue and submit your report.
