Hitchhyke continuously expands its vehicle database to accommodate as many makes and models as possible. However, if you don’t see your vehicle listed while signing up, it’s completely expected that some models may not be available yet.

If your vehicle isn’t listed, don’t worry—we’ll add it for you! Simply follow the steps below to submit your vehicle details for review.

What to Do If Your Vehicle Isn’t Available

  1. Continue with the signup process – Upload the rest of your required documents and personal information while waiting for your vehicle to be added.
  2. Submit a Support Ticket in the App – Open a support request within the Hitchhyke app with the following details:
  3. Wait for Confirmation – Our team will add your vehicle within 48 hours. You can check back in the app after this time to see if it’s available.

Checking If Your Vehicle Has Been Added

Once you’ve submitted your request, you can check back within 48 hours by navigating to the vehicle selection screen in the app.

If your vehicle is still unavailable after this timeframe, open another support request or contact our customer support team for assistance.
