Requesting a Wait Time Fee Refund

If you or someone you frequently travel with has a disability that impacts your ability to board a vehicle within 3 minutes, you may request a refund for the wait time fee.

To request a refund:

  1. Open the Hitchhyke app.
  2. Tap 'Report an Issue' in the trip details.
  3. Select 'Request Wait Time Fee Refund' and provide details.
